The world is experiencing a third wave of feminism. Women (and many men) are now generating awareness for social justice. To achieve more female voices in the digital sector, Women In Tech was born, and has completed its first anniversary. This association of women working in the technology sector wants to make its work visible in an area that traditionally had been masculine.

Valeria Domínguez has a plan: it’s called #WomenInTechSpain, a digital talent accelerator consisting of eight professionals collaborating for a year to promote the visibility of women in the technology sector. But in addition to inspiring and learning together, the goal is to become leaders in the sector that will shape the future of humanity and in which women are not equally represented.
